TO ALL UNIT OWNERS OF LIGAYA BUILDING

Effective today, July 22, 2019, all the units that you
owned and have the intention of leasing out the same to a
third party must first pass thru our ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICE for approval.

The ADMINITRATIVE OFFICE will give to the owner

of the unit our house rules and regulation for the owner to
follow before allowing moving in on the unit being lease out.

This is being done for the protection of other unit owners

to properly monitor the person/s that will be going in and out
from the building premises and to avoid any untoward
incidents and conflict that may happen in the future.
