ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

The purpose of this assignment is to provide learners with the knowledge on school-
community partnership. This assignment will also provide learners with communication
and research skills.

Part 1 : ( 30 marks)
This assignment requires you to search for articles and other reading materials on school-
community partnership. You are required to discuss the importance of school-community
partnership based on your reading.

Your assignment should have the following elements:


1. Introduction to the topic and objective of the assignment.
2. Content: Discussion on the importance of school-community paartnership.
3. Conclusion.

PART 2 : (30 marks)


This assignment requires you to interview FIVE parents on how they would like to see
preschools work with the community in your area. Design ONE brochure introducing a
programme that you would like to do involving the community and preschools based on
parents suggestions.

The assignment should have the following elements:


1. Introduction: background of parents interviewed and objective of the assignment.
2. The brochure: Title , objective of the programme, information on the programme
including time, venue and activity , benefit of the programme to all stakeholders.
3. Conclusion and suggested extended activity.

SOALAN TUGASAN

Tujuan tugasan ini adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada pelajar tentang
perkongsian komuniti-sekolah. Tugasan ini juga akan menyediakan pelajar dengan
kemahiran komunikasi dan penyelidikan.

BAHAGIAN 1 : (30 Markah)


Tugasan ini memerlukan anda untuk mencari artikel dan bahan bacaan lain mengenai
perkongsian komuniti-sekolah. Anda dikehendaki membincangkan kepentingan
perkongsian komuniti-sekolah berdasarkan bacaan anda.

Tugasan anda perlu merangkumi elemen-elemen berikut:


1. Pengenalan kepada topik dan objektif tugasan.
2. Isi kandungan: Perbincangan mengenai perkongsian komuniti-sekolah.
3. Kesimpulan dan cadangan aktiviti lanjutan.

BAHAGIAN 2: (30 markah)


Tugasan ini memerlukan anda menemubual LIMA orang ibu bapa tentang bagaimana
mereka ingin melihat prasekolah bekerja dengan komuniti di kawasan anda. Reka bentuk
SATU brosur, memperkenalkan program yang anda ingin lakukan yang melibatkan
komuniti dan prasekolah berdasarkan cadangan ibu bapa.

Tugas tersebut harus merangkumi elemen berikut:


1. Pengenalan: latar belakang ibu bapa yang ditemubual dan objektif tugasan.
2. Brosur: Tajuk, objektif program, maklumat mengenai program termasuk masa,
tempat dan aktiviti, faedah program ini kepada semua pihak berkepentingan.
3. Kesimpulan dan cadangan aktiviti lanjutan.
