Tara Vatcher, Director PT Software Engineering, Fiat Chrysler Automotive US & Mauricio Vianna, Senior Manager
PT Controls and Software, Fiat Chrysler Automotive Brazil visited our Pune campus. They interacted with the
offshore team of KPITians for FCA in a town hall meeting.
Here, they shared their future plans about new areas of collaborations with us and quarterly updates of FCA.
Also, Tara connected with women automobelievers in a unique engagement initiative.

“True excellence is when you look beyond oneself” - In a unique engagement initiative, Tara Vatcher, Director
       

Nobel laureate Jerry White in conversation with our – Powertrain software, Fiat Chrysler Automotive
chairman Ravi Pandit. connected with more than 30 women managers at KPIT.
He had an interactive session with a team of KPIT  
leaders. The session focused on the theme of This interactive session was themed around “Women in
“excellence” and was moderated by Chairman & Engineering and Path to Leadership”. Participants shared  
Group CEO Ravi Pandit. There were about 30+ inspiring stories about their professional experiences,
attendees. work-life balances and being multi-taskers.
The objective was to re-iterate ‘excellence’ to the
KPIT leadership through a person who defines

KPIT continues the high growth trajectory with a CC Revenue growth of 17.0% Y-o-Y in Q2FY20
Q2FY20 Q-o-Q growth of 7.0% in CC terms, 6.2% in USD Terms  
Q2FY20 Net Profit growth of 17% Q-o-Q

to plant native trees and to beautify Clifty Skate
Park. The team volunteered with Columbus Parks
and Rec for this community service conserving

colourful rangolis to promoting local, cause-led
small scale businesses, the celebrations at KPIT

Cleaning Activity last week, in association with
partner NGO, Jeevitnadi - Living River Foundation.
This early morning activity witnessed a blend of hard  
work in cleaning the river side, collecting and
segregating garbage, birdwatching and observing the

More than 250 KPITians went for team trekking in


Andharban and Phanasrai forests near Pune. This
