DINING PREPARATION
1. All Personnel must wear complete uniform.

 Ballpen and extra BALLPEN


 Scratch Paper
 Handkerchief

2. No late, No absent. Be On time.

3. Checking stocks in kitchen, sushi bar and bar availability.

4. All guest must have drinks order.

5. Push our Premium Items. Suggest takeout foods.

6. Briefing time 10:00am, Store open 10:30am.

7. Employee’s meal should be ready 9am/ 4pm for dinner operation.

For Dining Operation


 All the equipment in station must be complete before operation.

 Completion of stocks must be done during closing time, 2nd shift of JUNE 15, 2019, SAT. night.

 Dining set-up must be complete with condiments.

 Replenish of Chopsticks – tissues stocks in the station after 1st shift and before 2nd shift

 Refill and attend the guest needs.

 All service tray and bar tray are clean and dry

 Maintain cleanliness of each station.

 Ask immediate supervisor before going out for break time and during closing time for 2nd shift.

 Relay each personnel before going out the stations.

 Clean-up; Set-up.

 Always check the restrooms.


 During closing time clean the dining area. Arrange the chairs maximize the setup.

 Bar advance preparation of sidings/shakes

 Wipe Spoon and fork.


BILLING OUT

 Ask the guest of any discount card. Like Senior Citizen, PWD cards.
After order taking your assigned tables
 Write the amount on the itemized slip if cash or card.
