POSITION: HSE ADVISOR - 2014 to till date.

 Ensuring that “work permit” system is fully adhered to in the site. 


 Imparting safety training to employees, Trainees & Contractor’s. 

 Ensuring the continuous availability of appropriate PPE’s to all workers. 

 Conducting Mock Emergency Rehearsals at periodic intervals to check the alertness of
various emergency response teams and correcting the deficiencies, if any, in Onsite
 Emergency Plan. 
 Ensuring safe completion of all jobs during annual turnarounds. 
 Responsible for the maintenance of emergency safety equipments. 

 Reporting to the top management about site conditions and status of implementation of
 various safety committee recommendations. 
 Conducting periodic safety audits on the tanker loading & UN loading facilities. 
 Carrying out JOB SAFETY observations. 
 Ensuring all the MSDS are updated and communicated to all employees. 

 To conduct regular site safety inspections and making reports for corrective action 

 Providing tool box talk to employees on regular basis. 

 To carry out safety awareness campaigns & motivating programs 

 Maintaining all the HSE related records and updating all the logs.
