For me this good to know where from the history of cavite state university (CvSU)
Because we can get more information and we can gain more knowledge in this school.
I found out the is history of school have a many times of changing of names, the first principal,
The first teachers that teach in the school and more. This is the first region in CALABARZON
That have a branches and the main branch of school is Indang cavite.

The first principal is Mr. C.E Workman(1907-1908) and the second principal is Henry(1908-
1909) wise he change the curriculum of the school and the third is joseph cocannouer. Many
Parents that against for their leadership because he changes the general course to farming course.
And the tree teachers is that teach is a thomasites or a American teacher that teach in the school
.

Cavite State University is the one of the university in the Cavite who offers the free
tuition to every student in school. Before it will establish as a university was encounter different
problems. Due to the good leadership of previous principals the Cavite State University was
established o the year of 1906. On 1906 is the year where the most important thing in Indang was
happened, intermediate school was officially opened and give to the answer in every wishes of
the student’s, teacher’s and people in the society to have a modernize educational building in
Indang, that symbolize that Indang was the second center of education in Cavite. Beside the good
things that happen in the school, there have a sad thing that happened because the school cannot
pass the standard of the director of education on 1907-1908. After that the principal have a plan
to change the curriculum during that time the program is named Intermediate Curriculum of
1909 that the purpose is to learn and to pursue the student to the valued thing. During the
leadership of Joseph A. Cocannuer, some of the parents were not agree to the changes of the
focus in studying, where the general course is farming. During that time the modern equipment
in farming was introduce to every Pilipino. But in that time they have a problem like lack of rice,
destroying of the animal in the plantation and cause of the drought the plant in the plantation was
damage. Mariano Modeńedo is the first Pilipino principal of the university on 1915. During that
time the farming is make as specific line of knowledge that cause of growing of the number of
students.
