Due to a short circuit of electricity, 12 houses in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Friday

morning (10/25/2019), were burned to the ground. This great fire devoured densely populated

settlements in the area of Ntonggu Village, Palibelo District. Based on information gathered at

the location, a fire broke out at around 1:30 a.m. Palibelo Darwis Sub-District Chief said that the

fire was allegedly caused by a short circuit in a resident's home. Because the building was made

of wood and was flammable, the blaze quickly spread to spread to other people's homes.In

addition to burning down the houses, this fire also caused several residents' two-wheeled

vehicles that had not been evacuated to burn. Dervish confirmed there were no casualties in this

Mark Pavelich, 61, was found incompetent to stand trial by a judge in northeastern

County judge concluded Pavelich is "incapable of participating in the defense due to
mental illness or deficiency." The case against Pavelich was suspended as authorities
petition to have him committed.

Zimbabwe to roll out new bank notes

Zimbabwe will roll out new bank notes and coins four months after it reintroduced its
own the currency, the Zimbabwean dollar.

The country has faced biting cash shortages since 2016 and abandoned the use of the
US dollar as its official currency a few months ago as a way to stabilise the economy.

Most people use mobile phone money or pay for items with their debit cards in a country
which is once again reeling from high levels of inflation as well as severe shortages of
fuel, power and water.

The central bank says the new notes will begin circulating within a fortnight.

John Mangudya, the central bank governor, told the Reuters news agency they would
be introduced gradually to avoid driving up inflation further.
The next year, it scrapped its own by-then worthless currency and relied instead of a
range of foreign currencies.

But because more US dollars were leaving the country - in payments for exports - than
coming in, US dollar cash was in short supply.

Safety levels at a young offenders institution dropped to an

"appalling" level over the first half of the year, inspectors have said.

"Fundamental change" was required at Feltham YOI in west London following a surge in
violence and self-harm over six months, it was found.

Inspectors visited part of the prison known as Feltham A in July following an

unannounced check in January.

The Youth Custody Service said "immediate" changes had been made.

In August Justice Secretary Robert Buckland announced a series of pledges to improve

standards at the prison.
