COME NOW the undersigned counsel, with principal office address

at Lower Ground Floor, Dionets Commercial Place, Trece-Indang Road,
Trece Martires City, Cavite respectfully enters its appearance as counsel
for the Creditors ___________. It is respectfully requested that henceforth,
undersigned be furnished of all notices, orders pleadings and other
relevant papers in the instant case.

The creditors COME NOW by the undersigned counsel unto this

Honorable Court, and respectfully state further, THAT:

1. Last ________________ recently engaged the undersigned to

represent it in the foregoing proceedings;

2. The creditor VBRE humbly submits before this Honorable Court

that it confirms the sum due to it as annexed in the Petition;

3. In addition, both creditors respectfully manifest that they have

NO OPPOSITION to the Rehabilitation Plan submitted by the petitioners;
4. Likewise both creditors have NO OBJECTION to the Receiver that
the petitioner nominated or anyone that will be appointed by this
