The bullpen wishes to welcome investors to partake in its expansion on profit sharing bases. While this is
a basic layout of what we are offering, the details will be stated in a later document approved by our
legal team.

Terms and conditions:

The investor will pay the full amount at the time of agreement, and will be required to provide a proof
of where the investment is being funded, for legal reasons.

The investment agreement will last 5 years in total

The first 2 years Bullpen will use the profits to re-invest into the company to create a larger customer
base and to be able to provide more value as well as expand within the same premise.

We will begin with three floors at the start and with the total net profits of the first 2 years will be
utilized to create furnish and furbish the remaining floors

After 2 years the investor will receive an estimated return anywhere between 25 % and 64% yearly for
the remaining 3 years.

After the completing of 5 years, the investor may either sell his share to bullpen to recover the initial
capital investment or renew the agreement for another period of 5 years.
