Elementary School, Mondragon I District, Mondragon, Northern Samar to Allen Central
Elementary School, Allen District, Allen, Northern Samar for the following reasons:

That I, Jennifer B. Delorino, resides at Lorenzo St., Kinabranan 1, Allen, Northern Samar
which is two hours away from Makiwalo Elementary School. Thus, travelling from my residence to
my teaching station pays a lot of time, effort, money, and risk.

That, I am a 4-month pregnant woman who needs extra care for the safety of the baby inside
my womb.

That, I have been serving and sharing my teaching skills to Mondragon I District for six years.

That, I wish to improve and develop professional growth through teaching in a central school
like your school.

That, when given a chance to transfer, it will also give me the opportunity to uplift my
financial status as I will not be paying for the house rent and my travels in going to my school.
