Roof collapse “It All Came Down”: A case study
CASE SYNOPSIS
At 11.30pm on the 15th of November 2008 the main roof of Lagaligo, the main stadium of
Palopo Sport Complex at Gaspa Palopo collapsed but fortunately there were no victims or
injuries since the stadium was not at its service at that time. However, that incident was a
disaster since it happened only one year after its completion date. So the state government
of Jakarta asked the Kemeterian Pekerjaan Umum (PKU) to form an investigation committee

future recurrences if such incidents.
