Posts: 104 how to set loss tangent for High resistive silic on in HFSS.
Helped: 2/2 either we have to c hange dielec tric or magnetic loss
Points: 1,602 tangent which one should be c hanged?

silicon's loss mec hanism is not same as dielec tric loss. For
FR4 material, the DC c onduc tance is zero while AC
