Annual Activities
ELECTION for the COUNCIL OF LEADERS 2018-2019

1. Homeroom Representatives and Homeroom Secretaries will be invited and be encountered

on June 24, 2019. Since the Council of Leaders is PARLIAMENTARY, not democratic, the
President and the Secretary will be elected within the members of the COUNCIL. Two-thirds
of the members must be moved in order to be the newly-elected COL President and
Secretary.

Establishment of SHS Council of Leaders for SY2017-2018.

1. Suggestion Box Answers ASK me “BOXSTI THEORY” / “TAKE A COL”
 Inquiries about school policies and rules
 Appraisals or shoutouts for admin or teachers
 Suggestions for Improvement/Activities
 Students may send/write their concerns anonymously, but with a pen name/pseudonym
 Answers will be posted in STI bulletin boards and COL page 
 To be answered by the Admin
2. RATIONALE:
 To lessen/avoid the ranting of students in social media
 To answer wandering questions and give light to their questions
 To hear the concerns of the students
3. MATERIALS/PROCEDURE:
 Two (2) boxes to be placed near the Front desk and Cashier
 The papers will be reviewed every week and picked up on Fridays at 12PM
 The boxes will be there from June 2019 to March 2020
 The answers and concerns will be posted on Mondays of every week, 9AM
 The adviser will ask the DSA regarding the concerns and CONFIDENTIALITY is a PRIORITY
4. BUDGET ALLOCATION:
 Reused boxes to be covered with paper
