Sub: Solid Waste Management.

This is to bring to your kind Notice that our Society along with some other Millat Nagar
Societies have Received Summon from Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Ville Parle, for not
complying the segregation of Dry and Wet waste and also for not provided any solution for
wet garbage Management.
In this regard we on behalf of our Society request you to please take the lead on priority
basis to resolve it with Municipal Corporation. This is not the issue of single Society but of
Entire Millat Nagar. We hope and believe that Federation will come forward and stablish
their active existence for the common cause of all the Member Societies.
As you all aware that we are not having place to put a plant of waste management or to
make pits for natural composting of garbage.
We have appeared before the Metropolitan Magistrate and pleaded our self-guilty and paid
fine. We also met Ward Officer of K west and explained our concern and factual situation.
He assured us to call a meeting of all the societies of Millat Nagar along with The Federation
to find out the solution.
