Dear Sir/ Madam,
Since 2011, HighScope Indonesia has held an annual conference for all teachers, principals, along with other
education practitioners. These conferences are learning opportunities for all the participants to share, discuss,
and continuously learn.

This year, the HighScope Indonesia Annual Conference will be held on October 10-11 with the theme
“Redesigning the World: From Theory to Action”. We would like to cordially invite you to exhibit your products
at this event as follows:

Day/Date : Thursday – Friday, October 10-11, 2019
Time : 08.30 – 16.30 WIB
Place : Sekolah HighScope Indonesia
Jl. TB.Simatupang no.8, Cilandak Barat, Jakarta Selatan 12430

We will provide exhibition booth (2,75m x 1,5m) to display your products.

In order for us to understand more about your products and the alignment with our philosophy and practices,
we would like for you to conduct workshop sessions for the participants (teachers, school leaders, and
international guests) explaining about your products and how it relates to the HighScope practices. We will not
be charging you for the exhibition, provided that you conduct workshop sessions for our participants. The topic
that we propose for your workshop session is “Using concrete materials to facilitate learning in upper
grades”. We believe in using concrete materials to facilitate learning, to construct knowledge based on what
the students already know. However, as we found in our school, the higher grades teachers have difficulties in
using concrete materials in their lesson. We are hoping that a workshop from you would give our upper grades
teacher in utilizing concrete materials to facilitate learning.

We are very interested in working together with you. This workshop session can be an introduction of your
products to HighScope learning system. We will see the alignment between your products and our system and
philosophy, and also the usage of your products by our teachers. This opportunity can be the beginning for our
