CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that the connection line system of 0179 is owned and
managed by Scandi Villas/Scandi Construction Corp. The Unit Owner/
tenant is FROG DIVER PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CORP, established to
use the unit as for office only. The connection of Sewer line, Generator Set
and application raw or waste matter of the office-unit is interconnected with
Scandi Apartment.

The management of Scandi Apartment Bldg. will take full

responsibility to manage the waste matter of the UNIT OWNER.

This certification is issued upon the request of the unit owner for the
application for compliance to Environmental Management Bureau in order
to follow the RA 9275, RA 8749, RA 6969 and RA 9003.
