ISSUE: 20191114- Supplement 75-FIRE DANAGER & BARNABY

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

* Gerrit, gee you are still around? More than a month ago we last spoke.
**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, well to my investigation my brother in law was murdered but
the police botched it all and so I am now doing my own investigation.

* Any success?
**#** Well, I view I have ample of circumstantial evidence, including identity theft, unlawful
withdrawals, using proceeds of crimes, etc, so I am getting there.
* How is Olga (your wife)?
**#** Actually she was close to death and ended up in ICU and spend 10 days in hospital. Oh
boy did she get the royal treatment in Austin Hospital.
* What do you mean it is a public hospital isn’t it?
**#** Well, Olga has always been privately insured and a few years ago I had 3 operations in
Austin Hospital and she was jalousie that to her I got a far better service then she ever had in any
private hospital and so then announced next time she wanted to go to a public hospital. Well in
the emergency of heart failure she did so albeit she did later accept to be a private patient so the
hospital could claim against the private health insurance, but boy was she pleased with the
service. She made clear never again a private hospital with the lousy service and lousy
equipment. As one of the nurses made clear, she used to work in private hospitals and they lack
the extensive equipment that a public hospital has, even so they charge a lot more. So in that
regard many private insured persons are wasting their monies.
* Your heading is about FIRE DANGER and Barnaby Joyce, what is that about?
**#** I did not hear what Barnaby Joyce really stated but I am darn pleased that he was a
politician who finally made it an issue. The problem is that most politicians think that legislation
resolves it all but in reality it is not. I have for eht last 7 years been investigating FIRE DANGER
issues, and I can tell you the Chief Officer in charge of all fire brigades appears not even to know
what his duties and obligations are, So much for Daniel Andrews spending so much time and
monies to separate the fire brigade when we end up in the end with a Chief Officer who as before
doesn’t know how to deal with matters.
*.Ok I know you long enough to know you wouldn’t make some statement without having a
back up to justify this, would you?
**#** Again whatever Barnaby Joyce was on about I am at least pleased he raised the issues. I
look forwards to more politicians addressing this issue appropriately. Perhaps have a ROYAL
COMMISSION to address the real issues. To me what I investigated shows at least 7 years of
repeated neglect and ignorance to deal with FIRE HAZARDS while local council is misusing

and abusing the Country Fire Authority Act for no other purpose but to terrorize the local
community and to extort monies from them.
*. Again, I expect you can prove this?
**#** In the last 7 days I spoke to many people who gave me the understanding they would like
to deal privately with this so called Fire Protection Officer to bring their messages across. They
are fed up with this terrorism. Worse is that such as in N.S.W. people not only lost their homes
but also about 4 lost their lives. Just consider people losing every memento they might have had
of their lives and friends and family and for what? Perhaps because the people in charge are
stuffing up big time? This needs to stop.
*. Again, I take it you can prove matters you refer to?
**#** Download the following document which include many pictures albeit I have thousands
and thousands more to prove it more comprehensive, if needed.

After Daniel Andrews spend so much time and monies to revamp the fire brigade we end
up with more of the same. And we find people losing their homes and lives in the meantime.

It is 30 pages but you will find it well set out how blatant absurd the conduct of all of them is.
*. That is a massive 7 years of investigation. You really did your work didn’t you?
**#** That is why I view Barnaby Joyce raising this issue might just finally draw the attention to
it. People should stop criticizing him and show more concern to those victims who lost their
homes and/or their lives. Appropriate action is long over due.
*.What do you suggest?
**#** That the legislation is amended to make it less financial attractive for councils to terrorize
local land holders and that councilors and others such as the CEO and Fire Prevention Officers
are facing long jail terms if it is found they neglected to properly deal with FIRE HAZZARDS.
*.Can they currently neglect/refuse doing it without any penalties?
**#** That is the point. For some 7 years I have been on it and they simply can’t care less. They
need to shape up or shape out into prisons as we cannot stand by people losing not only their
homes they worked so hard for but also their lives.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
