DESCRIPTION
The SLP Series model 33 is piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor in 6-pin
plastic DIP package. It is intended for high volume application where
simplest pressure connection and low cost is required.
The pressure sensor consists of gage pressure chip that is attached to the
housing directly. The pressure is applied to the back side of chip. It is
designed to operate with non-corrosive media, such as air, fluid and the
like. Easy air interface can be obtained through the molded pressure port.
Either constant current or voltage can be used as excitation. Due to high
impedance, it is suitable for battery operated devices. It is shipped in tube
or tray. Other pin out assignment and performance are also available,
please contact factory for detail.
