with contents.
Corrective Action(s): Label working containers. Action Taken: Person in charge labeled.
Code citation: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers
taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observation: The facility requires cleaning. Build up of debris observed on equipment surfaces, handles, floors,
walls etc.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean. Correct By: 07-
Apr-2020
Code citation: (A) The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
(B) Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the
least amount of food is exposed such as after closing.
