Declaration of Eligibility: First Generation Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements and Description. Please read fully and carefully.

By signing this document you agree to adhere to the eligibility requirements of the First Generation
Scholarship programme at the Summer Programmes Office, Graduate School of Social Sciences,
University of Amsterdam.

This scholarship opportunity is intended only for those prospective students who are the first in the
nuclear/immediate family to attend university, or who have the prospect to do so. Further, by
signing this form, applicants acknowledge that they do not have the financial means to attend this
programme without being awarded this scholarship.

With this scholarship programme we aim to increase global education mobility for those who would
not otherwise be able to join a summer programme.

Those who have applied for the scholarship but not returned this form to the Summer Programmes
Office will not be considered eligible.

If you do not meet the above-stated eligibility requirements, then please do not sign this form: these
scholarships are designed to help those truly in need.
