May I have the honor to request and ask permission to your good office to allow me to attend
the Sports Coaching Training Seminar for coaches and officials this coming Sept. 20-22, 2019 at
MCC, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. This is a continuation of the same training seminar I attended last
year and a requirement to become a Regional Meet Coach / Official. I had been one of the
officials of the Provincial Meet last May 2019 in Softball. I believed that the knowledge I will be
gaining will help me and in our school a lot to be more updated in the sports rules and policies.

I am hoping for your favorable consideration on this matter.
