SUBJECT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF WILLINGNESS TO SELL/BUYOUT CORPORATE SHARE

Dear Mr. Talon,

This letter is to inform your good office that I am willing to sell my corporate share (Aguilon Builders
Corp.) from our SAMELCO II CEnergy Corporation Joint Venture to SAMELCO II. The said corporate share
that I am selling totals an amount of 9% of the Joint Venture’s total value.

That said, with the sale and transfer of the said corporate shares will free Aguilon Builders Corp. from
any obligations and liabilities that our Joint Venture has bestowed to my company. But, be assured that I
will be in touch for any assistance that your company will be in need after the said transfer of shares.
