Job Descripton :
Do preventive maintenance of control system such as DCS and PLC, and do troubleshooting for Power Plant Trip
or Fail Start. Also support other I&C Team do calibration of instrument transmitter and troubleshooting of
instrument device which have defected.
My project when I work in PT Siemens Indonesia :
• Siemens Gas Turbine V92.4 Minor Inspection 7th and 8th
Responsibility:
Do maintenance of DCS Siemens SPPA T2000, control valve and IGV calibration, do close loop test.
Function test all system. Also calibrate field instrument transmitter and switch. Troubleshooting
instrument device such actuator and cable according fault notification.

• Fuel Oil Treatment Plant (Overhoul)

Responsibility:
Do calibration of field instrument transmitter and switch in FOT Plant. Do preventive maintenance for
PLC S7-300. Do function test all system.
• Flame Sensor in Combustion Chamber Modification
Responsibility:
Modification DCS Siemens SPPA T2000 logic to shown analog value of flame intensity in combustion
chamber. And create new wiring for this purpose
• Web4TXP (Remote DCS via Web) installation
Responsibility:
Prepare computer for Web4TXP Server. Make network (Hardware and setting in unix) to support this
additional. Install software Web4TXP Server and Client. Do Function Test.

Support user to do control system (PLC) service and engineering depend of request from user. Also do
programming job using Visual Basic 6.0 and arduino for interconnecting hardware.
My project as freelance :
• MakeExperience
Working Database software for Tsunami Victim registration in Mentawai Islands, West Sumatra.
• Troubleshooting PLC S7-300 in PLTD MFO 50 MW Pesanggaran, there is problem of communication system
in PLC and make one Diesel Machine cannot be started.
• Make logic diagram and HMI using PCS7 CEMATS for Semen Baturaja Project.
• Make counter software (HMI and microcontroller) using Visual Basic and Arduino in Nutricia Plant.
