residence and postal address at 10-A Paliwan, Obando, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law hereby certify:

That I am the registered owner of the parcel of land with all the improvements existing
thereon situated at BLOCK 17, LOT 8, PHASE 1, WINDWARD HILLS SUBD., BUROL 1, CITY
OF DASMARIÑAS, CAVITE containing an area of seventy (70) square meters covered and
embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-978739 of the Registry of Deeds for the
Province of Cavite.

That I am offering to sell the above-mentioned property in the amount of NINE

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php900,000.00), Philippine Currency, to SPOUSES
MEDARDO and RODELYN JUANGA, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Block 28, Lot 2, Bomafice St., Windward Hills Subd., Burol 1, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite in the
amount as agreed upon.
