To ensure that all the persons are using Mandatory PPE

To ensure that all mobile phones are switched OFF and kept away from storage
shed

To ensure that spark arrester is fixed in cylinder shifting vehicle

To ensure that no one is carrying smoking items and other combustible


substances (Lighter, match box, etc.)
To Brief instruction about H2/CO2 gas cylinders to be given to all the personal
involving for H2 /CO2 cylinder shifting.
To Inform fire team for gas leak checking with Gas detector before manpower
entering into cylinder storage room.

To ensure Leakage cylinders are kept sepearted and tagged as leakage

To Ensure that the gas cylinders are closed with Valve caps before
Loading/unloading activities.
To Ensure that rubber mat is available for cylinder unloading to protect cylinder
from mechanical shock

To Ensure spark proof tools to be used in cylinder handling and testing process
To ensureCylinders should not be stored or kept uneven surfaces so that falling of
cylinder can be avoided

Cylinders should not be dropped, dragged, slid.

To ensure After loading, cylinder to be secured properly from moving/rolling

To Ensure that all the full cylinders and empty cylinders are kept are seperately in
designated location of storage shed
To Ensure all cylinders store in vertical position with stoppers in place before
closing the Storage shed.
