The Outlook 2019
The Outlook 2019
With an average of 1.5 million monthly visitors last 2018 and hosting over 100,000 active properties, Lamudi is
at an advantage to understand the needs and wants of the Filipino property seeker.
Philippine real estate developers nominate their prominent projects under various categories. All the nominated
projects are screened by our esteemed panel of judges. The shortlisted projects are put to the test via a survey
among thousands of property seekers. Participating property seekers are grouped in a way that will ensure
that audience groups will only vote in the categories that match their search interests. The Special and
Personality Awards nominations are screened only by the judges.
In addition to awarding the real estate excellences of the year, the gala hosts keynote speakers
from the industry, thereby offering an unparalleled opportunity for discussion and knowledge sharing.
The Outlook by Lamudi is an annual coming together of the most prominent professionals in Philippine real
estate.
THE PROCESS
Lamudi invited developers nationwide from
boutique to national developers to nominate their
projects under various categories. The awards
stretch to nineteen categories, ranging from
affordable housing to luxe condominiums, mixed-
use developments, and special projects.
These nominations will be collated and sent to a
reputable panel of judges who will score the
nominations based on a set of criteria. The judging
process will be held on the third week of June.
Once the scores are tallied, Lamudi will release the
shortlisted nominations. A survey among property
seekers on the Lamudi platform under categories
that match their search preferences will then
commence. Lamudi is dedicated to survey 10,000
property seekers to determine which projects are
truly the Philippines’ Buyer’s Choice.
