    Installation procedure

    Door leaf and frame to be in closed position and the handles are tightened. Ensure that the bulkhead
    is aligned before installation.When installing door and frame, check diagonals and ensure that frame
    profiles is applying pressure in the middle of the gasket (see door drawing).

    The door/frame is then placed in position in bulkhead and tack welded in each corner and all sides,
    Thereafter seal welding, see typical welding sequence on the sketch.

    The frame must be continually controlled for straightness during welding.

    Maintenance procedure

    The hinges and tightening handles must be


    greased each month and the gasket checked
    for damaged at the same time.

    Tack welding sequence, 1-2-3

    Seal welding.
