The ‘Journal of Law and Justice’ is a Quarterly Double Blind
Peer Reviewed Journal for research and insight in Law and
Justice. The Journal of Law and Justice invites Articles, Short
Notes, Book Reviews, and Case Commentaries for its Second
Issue of the Second Volume (Volume II, Issue IV, December
2019), set to be published in January, 2020.
Academicians, Practitioners, researchers, students and others

Guidelines for Authors
 Submission of manuscript must be with
conformity with the citation guidelines and
text formatting.
 As a matter of policy the author will not
receive the edited write up or reviewer’s
feedback before or after the publication, if the
recommendation is for no revision or minor
revision. Under no circumstances the name of
the reviewer will be revealed.

 No page border is allowed.
 No references and/or bibliography is allowed
in manuscript.
 Only APA Style of Citation at footnotes is
allowed.
Every series of issue of the Journal will be
consisting of the Articles, Special Articles, Case
commentaries, Book Reviews and Short Notes.
Articles:
Any topic relating to Law and Justice. Minimum
Length (6000 words, including footnotes).
Special Article:
Any topic relating to Law and Justice. Minimum
Length (10000 words, including footnotes).
Case Commentaries :
Any topic relating to Law and Justice. Minimum
Length (3000 words, including footnotes).
Book Reviews :
Any topic relating to Law and Justice. Minimum
Length (3000 words, including footnotes).

Citation Style
 APA style is primarily used.
 Follow the guidelines established by the APA.
 Refer to the Sixth edition (2010) of the
Publication Manual of the American
Psychological Association.
Publication Fee
The authors should note that there is no review
process fee; however, there is a reasonable
publication fee of each accepted manuscript to
meet the cost of web hosting, database
maintenance, and manuscript handling expenses.
The publication fee for accepted paper is ₹ 2000
for Indian Author and 75 USD in case of Foreign
Author.
Publication Policy
1. Submission of manuscript does not
guaranty automatic publication.
2. It is informed that if the manuscript does not
followed the citation guideline, shall be rejected.
3. The manuscript with above 30% of similarity
index shall be summarily rejected.
4. The manuscript must comply with the word
limit and standards.
5. If the manuscript copied part is lacking of source
at the footnote shall be rejected.
6. The manuscript shall be open access through
journal website/URL.
7. The manuscript shall be published online with
ISSN.
8. Publication Certificate shall be in Digital form
only (i.e: PDF) mailed to Correspondent Author.
9. If Author request for Hard Copy of Publication
Certificate shall be mailed to Author
Correspondence Address through Registered Post
after remittance of mailing charges.
10. The manuscript shall be published in
digital/electronic form (i.e. PDF) only
11. No print version of Journal shall be available;
12. It is mandatory that the submission of
copyright form for publication of manuscript.
13. The copyright shall be with the editorial board
of the journal.
14. The manuscript cannot be reproduced or
published in any other different manuscript,
and/or Journal, without prior permission from the
chief editor.
15. The Editor in Chief shall have the final
authority to accept or reject any manuscript.

It is the policy of 'Journal of Law and Justice' to
own the copyright of contributions if publishes on
behalf of the interests of the authors.
To comply with the Copyright law, authors are
required to sign the copyright transfer form before
publication.
