Introduction
Executive summary
Today many people who have many businesses and various
businesses, such as opening a bakery or cafe. maybe it's just being
in an urban area, what about in an area far from town ?. Here I am
thinking about what business can reach all areas of the city or area
far from the city. I have a hobby that is to keep animals, whatever
the animal. therefore I want to build a chicken farm in my village,
because I think wherever the area, will definitely consume chicken.

Discussion
Mission statement
This farm is named "chicken bebeh", yap it may sound strange. but
why do I name it? because I have a brother who also has a farm,
but a goat and cattle farm. he is very well known by the local
community and commonly called by the name "bebeh". so I call it
because it is already known by the local community.

my mission statement is

"selling healthy chickens wherever and whenever by keeping the


place clean and how good care customers can believe that" bebeh
"sells a healthy chicken and good"
Company Background
Farm "bebeh chicken" located in the village nagara pageuh and
panawangan market ciamis west java. Owned and managed by
Salas Alkausar and Qhoerul Firmansyah. We are also an investor
for this farm. We currently have 1 employee, because in this farm
we do not need many workers. This farm has been sending fresh
chicken meat to some markets, such as panawangan market and
the market located in lebakwangi brass of western Java.

Product Description
Farm "chicken bebeh" has chicken with good quality. for adult
chicken we sell it according to the weight of the chicken, weighing
1kg we sell it for Rp.30.000, and for weight 2kg we sell it for
Rp.60.000 price.

we not only sell chickens, we also sell eggs with the price range
Rp.1.500 per grain.

Marketing Plan
We market it by selling it through the market closest to our place.

we have one brother who owns the land to trade in the market, and
fortunate that we do not have to pay the rent for the land to sell.
Give discounts

If anyone buys chicken directly on our farm with large quantities or


at least 10 chickens, we give 20% discount.

Competitor Analysis
Our competitors are traders or chicken farmers who are well known
in our area. call it farm X

for comparison between our farm and other farms are:

farm "chickens": give discounts if there are buyers who buy more
than the minimum we provide

our working hours 24 hours

farm X: rarely gives discounts when buying in bulk

sometimes not serving for 24 hours

but why is X farms so well known? because this ranch has long
existed, while the farm "chicken bebeh" appeared recently.

SWOT Analysis
Strengths (positive factors) : has a place or area suitable for use as
a farm, Close to the market and the road connecting to the city
Weaknesses (negative factors) : starting on small scale

Opportunities (positive factors) : running a livestock business and


selling live chickens and chickens does not really need much
capital, and can earn a lot of profits.

Threats (negative factors) : buyers need a fast delivery, while the


road in our area is not very good.

Operations
"Chicken Bebeh" farm has 24 hours working hours, has a suitable
place for breeding, always keeping clean and healthy place to
raise.

Salary 1 : Rp.200.000

Electricity : Rp.200.000

Total : Rp.400.000

Profit

1 day sold 20 chickens : Rp.1.200.000

Total net profit : Rp.1.200.000 – Rp.400.000 : Rp.800.000

Conclusion
Livestock business is a business that requires patience, because
in raising animals takes a long time. maybe some people think this
business can not earn big, but if we do with capitalize kinship, we
can have big income.
