NON- EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL

This is to confer upon ___________________, the authority to negotiate the sale of the
parcel of land situated at _________ San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines and covered by Transfer
Certificate No.s _________________________________ at the price of
__________________per square meter net of sale.

The above-named brokers/agent are allowed to sell the property for more than said
amount of and any such excess they may realize in the sale shall be given to them as their
commission. Issued this _____day of ________ 20,19 and is valid for ________ period.

Terms and Condition:

All expenses related to this sale will be deducted to the sale price before the commission
such as the following:

1. Unpaid taxes
(Estate, Real property,penalties)
2. Capital Gain Tax
3.Other Assessments up to the Quarter of the Deed of Sale

You are not authorized to receive payment on my behalf from your buyers, nor bind the
undersigned by any contract without subsequent specific authority. You shall register with me
your buyer in writing. This authority will expire with the termination of the period stated, unless
extended by the undersigned in writing.

Should the sale be made or affected on modified terms or such other terms as may be
accepted by me, you are likewise credited for the said sale and shall be given the above
mentioned professional fee based on the revised/agreed price.

Notwithstanding the expiration of this authority to sell, you shall still be entitled to your full
professional fee provided that the name of the prospective buyer has been registered with me in
writing during the period of your authority.

The broker/agent shall protect & hold the undersigned free from any claims, obligations
from any brokers and agents registered under his network.

The professional fee is payable in proportionate to the amount received from the buyer.
