Executive Summary

Stress and Leadership Training gives us a detailed idea what is stress and also the definition of
stress is defined. The training will enable participants to consider the management of workplace
stress at an individual and organizational level and will help participants develop and implement
effective strategies to prevent and manage stress at work. Stress has been defined as a barrier
to concentration, problem solving, decision making, and other necessary abilities for employees;
it also has some symptoms and illnesses in the employees such as depression and anxiety.
Introduction

Objectives of the training:

1. Participants manage work-life balance efficiently.


2. Understand the theories/models of stress
3. Mapping the causes and effects of stress
4. Evaluating participant’s stress levels and dealing with stress positively
5. Learn about the factors and symptoms of different types of stress
6. Learn about stress management techniques that will help participants to overcome stress

The target groups:

30 participants from Kastam Seberang Jaya , Pulau Pinang. List of the names are attached.

Methodology of training:

The training focused on applied and practical methods by using the following concepts:
1. Presenting the subjects by involving the trainees in discussion and encouraging dialogue. A
comprehensive power point and games is designed for participants.

Method of training:

1. Evaluation each meeting by participants.


2. Collective interactions.
3. Discussion groups, mini.
4. Practical exercises, individually and collectively.
5. Delivered in an enthusiastic and interesting way
6. the training must be flexible and responsive to the participants
7. Highly practical, structured and organized.
8. The trainer gives a clear explanation and analogy.
Pre – Post Training Evaluation

Training has been evaluated by the participants through evaluation forms and the results were
very satisfactory.
