ORDER:

Under Rule 15(C) of the A.P. General Provident Fund Rules, Sri
P.Venkateswara Rao, Section officer, Water Resources Department is hereby
sanctioned part-final withdrawal of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh and fifty
thousand only) from the G.P.F. Account No. 56952/GA so as to enable him to
meet the medical expenses in connection with the prolonged illness of his
dependent wife, as a special case.

2. The amount of part-final withdrawal sanctioned in para one above shall

be paid in one lumpsum to the subscriber. A copy of the application is
appended to this order.
