Note:

We at BFSI are offering specialization in 3rd semester and summer internship in 4th sem. Following points justify the same.

1. Since specialization in PG program is our USP and students gets a chance to opt for their specializations (out of offerings) in continuation
of their studies without break.
2. Since students have already opted their specialization in 3rd semester they can plan their internships in the same specialization or can
look for job description of their specialization
3. Internship in 4th semester also increases the chances of students to continue their internship after the stipulated time of the semester
they can continue.
4. Pre placement offer (PPO’s) can better be encashed if offered to any student during the internship period.
5. Above point can also be beneficial for CRC (Placement Cell) in term of projecting their placement records.
6. Every single semester passing by makes the student more professional, mature and equipped with knowledge that will leave a better
impression of the students of the Symbiosis on the companies.

Hence existing system should be same as per our opinion.
