Burger King is one of the known fast food chain in the global. Burger King is an American
Global Chain of Hamburger Fast Food Restaurant. The company was founded in 1953 as the Insta
– Burger King, a Jacksonville. Headquarter in the unincorporated area of Miami - Dade Country,
Florida. A Florida bases restaurant chain. After the company altered in 1959, it was purchased by
Miami, Florida franchisees, James Mclamore and David R. Edgerton. They initiated a corporate
restructuring of the chain, first renaming the company Burger King.

Burger King Logo made its debut in 1967, and is still nearly what it used to look like before.
The Burger King logo has a circular appearance with a little tilt of the fonts plus coupled with
vibrant colors.

Burger King Holdings. INC is focuses on its company strategies, analysis and their
performances within the fast food service restaurant industry. In applying the slot analysis is an

growth strategies are indicative of Burger King’s approach to continue its global growth in the

Milkshakes, Salad, and Dessert. The Whopper is the best seller of the Burger King it has a 4

taste too meatier.

Burger King plans to innovate, not launching as many products as its rivals, but trying to
make each new launch a big deal. They continue to launch fewer and more impactful products and
maintain a balanced approach on menu and marketing. They achieved strong sales from grilled
Dogs and new product launches like the Mac n’ Cheetos, which were launched late in June, as well
as from promotions such as the two for $10 Whopper meal.

As my observation of Burger King that their fast food workers are more plentiful and much
more polite. I observed that they their strategies like if they are on low price they post it on social
media, putting a signage everywhere, and the had an advertisement so the people will know about
their good news. And they make sure that their costumer will be satisfy on their food.
