 Serve :)  Remove filter

 Insert a plunger to a brew chamber  Inverted method
just below
 Dry coffee: 35g
 Insert heaping scoop of medium-  Grind: coarse
grinded coffee (17g?)
 Paper filter: rinsed
 Pour water just above
 Water temperature: 84°C
 Wait 30’’
 Start the timer
 Three stirs
 Pour 150g of water for 15’’
 Slowly pour water till the very top
 Stir until 35’’
(spin!)
 Put the lid on, wait until 1’
 Wait 1’30’’
 Invert, give it a swirl, plunge
 Put basket with (pre-wet) filter
 Add 100-120g of water to taste
 Put turned cup
 Turn everything
 Slowly push
 After press clean everything before
drink
