NOTICE
Minor Project End-Term Evaluation

All the B.Tech (5th Sem, ECE Branch) students are hereby informed that the Minor
Project End-Term viva has been scheduled from 25th Nov 2019 to 29th Nov 2019.
The panel number and the examiners have been assigned for the Minor Project
End-Term evaluation. You can go to the following link to check the details:

The following points to be noted:

1. You have to prepare 2 hard copies of your project report. Both the reports
should be signed by the supervisor before the viva and should be brought to
the presentation for report evaluation. One copy would be submitted to the
panel coordinator and the other would be submitted to the supervisor after
the viva. The report format is available on the above mentioned link.

2. You have to display the hardware (if it is part of your project), simulation
result (if performed through any CAD tool) and learning outcomes in this
presentation.

3. You have to prepare PPT consisting of 15 to 20 slides.

Any discrepancy, please inform the Minor Project Coordinators.

Meet the respective panel coordinator to know the date and venue of your project
evaluation.
