Student Initiated Project

TECH/ Transition and Performance Adjustment:

as of 11/8/2019

Given the relative set-up needs of each show and in order to ensure a smooth and consistent
transition pattern for each group showing, we have decided that it will be better, rather than
completely shifting the schedule for each evening, to rotate which groups go first but keep the order
consistent within each half. The new schedule is as follows:

Monday, November 11th

6:00pm-6:30pm Riser Set Up
6:30pm-8:00pm R&J What Light rehearsal
6:30pm-8:00pm untitled rehearsal

8:00pm-9:30pm Bronte rehearsal

8:00pm-9:30pm Hysteria rehearsal

Tuesday, November 12th

9:30am-10:00am Bronte set up
10:00am-12:00pm Bronte TECH

12:00pm-12:30pm untitled set up

12:30pm-2:30pm untitled TECH

6:30pm-7:00pm Hysteria set up
