registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may apply duly

following the procedure stated. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be

provided with an on-

on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference . E-mail

ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line

The Application Fee is ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) for each application. Candidates may make the

payment ‘online’ using Internet Banking/Debit Card or ‘Offline’ by visiting nearest SBI Branch. Candidates after

submitting their application can pay application fee immediately or any day before the last date for fee payment

which is 28.06.2019. The last date for submitting online application is 27.06.2019. Candidates are, however,

advised to make online payment by 26.06.2019 to avoid any unexpected transaction failures/issues.

[Candidates making online payment may kindly note that ISRO shall not be responsible for pending

transactions or transaction failures. Candidates may contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of

application fee. Candidates may utilize alternative methods of payment (Offline payment) if required. Ensuring

a ‘successful payment’ from “Payment Status” link in ISRO’s website is mandatory for the candidates]. The

process followed for each case is shown below:

submitting application will be shown a web page displaying registration number. On same web page, there

exists “ Make Payment ” button which candidate may click and follow the payment process as outlined below

Pre-printed SBI Challan

application fees in cash at any SBI Branch within 3 days of generation of challan or last day stipulated for
payment (28.06.2019), whichever is earlier]. The challan will be valid for the next three days only, from date of
generation. If payment is not made within 3 days the challans, which are older than the specified time will be
deemed unsuccessful. However, the candidate may regenerate fresh challan, if required or alternatively, make
online payment.

modes the bank charges and taxes may vary. Therefore candidates are required to carefully follow the

instructions shown. In case of Net banking and debit cards payments, the candidate on successful payment

will be redirected to ISRO web portal and shown a page displaying transaction details.

qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does

not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test. Initial screening will be conducted to short-list

candidates for taking-up written test which will be conducted on 04.08.2019 at New Delhi. The time and venue

details will be notified in the website. Call letters for Written Test will be sent by e-mail to all shortlisted

candidates.

उ[तीण% अNयGथय म+ से िलिखत परी ा म+ 'ा7तांक पर आधारत होगा। Skill Test Methodology / : Candidates will be

shortlisted for Skill Test based on the performance in the Written Test and taking into consideration number of

vacancies notified. Skill Test will be Curriculum based. The Skill Test shall be evaluated on a 100 points scale

with minimum 60% for qualification. Skill Test will be go-no-go basis. The final selection will be based on the

marks scored in the Written Test from among the candidates who qualify in the Skill Test.

जाित, अनापिE माण-प+ (य'द सेवारत ह,), आ'द के मूल माण-प+ तुत करने ह.गे। य'द कोई अयथ मूल Fप म9 इनम9 से
'कसी भी दतावेज को तुत करने म9 िवफल रहता है या य'द ऑनलाइन आवेदन म9 दी गई कोई सूचना गलत पाई जाती है तो
अयथ को अपा+ माना जाएगा। ऐसे अय-थय. को कौशल परी3ा म9 सि>मिलत होने क6 अनुमित नहD होगी और 'कसी भी
या+ा भEे का भुगतान नहD 'कया जाएगा।/Candidates attending the Skill Test will be reimbursed to and fro second-
class train fare by the shortest route from the city indicated in the on-line application to the place of Skill Test

(change of address and city for this purpose will not be entertained). Candidates called for Skill Test have to

submit original certificates in proof of age, educational qualification, caste, No Objection Certificate (if

employed) etc. If the candidate fails to submit any of these documents in original or if any information

furnished in the online application is found to be false, the candidate will be disqualified. Such candidates will

not be allowed to appear in the skill test and TA also will not be paid.

मकान बनाने हेतु अिlम ,इत् याद क+ @, सरकार के आदेशानुसार दया जाता है। / Pay and Allowances : Candidates appointed as
Technical Assistant in Level 07 of Pay Matrix will be paid minimum Basic Pay of ₹44900/- p.m. approx. In

addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per

extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Further medical

facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel

Concession, Group Insurance, advance for construction of house, etc are admissible as per Central

Government orders.

ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria as notified and has fully complied with the procedural
requirements and time limits stipulated for submission of on-line application and remittance of application fee.

Web-site within five working days of the Written Test. The candidates may raise objections with valid

justifications, if any, within 3 days of publishing the answer keys in the web-site, ONLY through the link that

shall be provided after the Written Test. Objections, if any, received thereafter and through any other modes

will not be considered under any circumstances.
