 PREFACE

This manual contains the activity that we`ve been doing during our Geotechnical

Engineering Laboratory, and also, we learned from the different types of activities that

we had. Through this manual, it will serve as a guide to the future civil engineering

students who will do the following activities or experiments. The content of this manual

are the activities at our Geotechnical Engineering., it also has some procedures if ever

someone want to try to conduct these activities, this manual is the application of the

learning we had done during our Geotechnical Engineering Lecture. You will learn here

how some of the formula works. In some cases, this will also be intended for the future

civil engineering students who don’t have the particular knowledge for a particular soil`s

experiments.

All laboratory experiments in the following pages of this manual are result

of hard work, and it is the result of many sleepless nights and a lot of time was being

spend off just to finish this. Also, through this activity you will learn to conquer all

challenges especially in life and for future work of engineer.

All the above mentioned will be presented in the following pages of this

activity. The main aim to carry out this activity is to familiarize ourselves with the real

work of engineer, so that we can rotate with our engineering studies.
