A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. CARLO B.

SARMIENTO AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER AND MS. ANNA
MHAY E. ESCAMILLAS AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF
BARANGAY TABION, DEL GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary/Treasurer shall be
appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the
concurrence of the majority of all the SK Members from among the members of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK);

WHEREAS, MR. CARLO B. SARMIENTO possesses all the qualifications for a

Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer and MS. ANNA MHAY E. ESCAMILLAS as
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. ROSELLE B. ARMILLOS duly seconded by

Hon. GEMMA R. JORDAN, be it –

RESOLVED , as it is hereby resolved to concur the appointment of MR. CARLO B.

SARMIENTO and MS. ANNA MHAY E. ESCAMILLAS of Barangay TABION, DEL
GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the appointment shall be effective immediately until the
end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this resolution be furnished to MR. CARLO B.
SARMIENTO and MS. ANNA MHAY E. ESCAMILLAS for their file, the DILG
City/Municipal Local Government Operations Office, and the Local Youth Development
Office of DEL GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR, for their information and record.

CHAIRPERSON JERRYME I. CASTILLO AND NEWLY APPOINTED
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER CARLO B. SARMIENTO AS
OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES IN ALL ACCOUNTS MAINTAINED IN THE
DEPOSITARY BANK, THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES.”

WHEREAS, HON. JERRYME I. CASTILLO, was elected in the 2018 Barangay

Election as the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Tabion, Del
Gallego, Camarines Sur;

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be
appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson;

WHEREAS, the appointment of MR. CARLO B. SARMIENTO as the

Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer in conformity with the section 7 of Republic Act
10742;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson and the Sangguniang

Kabataan Treasurer are authorized signatories in all accounts maintained in its
depository bank;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion prosecuted by Hon. Maricar R. Regalario and duly

seconded unanimously;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, authorizing the newly-elected

Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson JERRYME I. CASTILLO and newly
appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer CARLO B. SARMIENTO to be the
official signatories in all accounts maintained in the Depository Bank of the
Barangay, the Land Bank of the Philippines, Naga Branch, Naga City.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all offices
concerned for their information, proper guidance and record purposes.
