    Upgrade Offer
    • My Offers now includes LDP upgrade offers. Trade partners will now be able to upgrade customers
    having monthly base pack to Semi Annual and Annual versions just by click of few buttons
    • It is a bundled offering where just by a click customer will be able to upgrade his entire bouquet of packs

    Who all will get an LDP upgrade option


    All customers having monthly base packs which have live Annual and Semi-Annual upgrade offers will get
    an upgrade option

    Incentive slabs for LDP offers

    Please note:
    • Incentive will be given on Package price not recharge price.
    • Incetive for LDP offers will be creditied to partners account at D+1 day. D= Date of Successful LDP

    How to reach upgrade offers


    1. On log in to mSales, Dealer can see My Offers icon in home screen
    2. On click of ‘My offers’ icon, he will be redirected to the page where desired subscriber id or RMN can

    be entered
    3. On click of submit, all the LDP offers will be shown to the user under the collapsible view with heading
    as LONG DURATION OFFERS
    Rules to show LDP Offers are as follows:
    A. Subscriber base pack should be monthly. If subscriber is having any LDP versions (Annual or
    Semiannual base pack) then he is not eligible for this offer
    B. If Semi Annual and Annual versions are available for the Monthly base pack subscribed by the
    customer, then all addon/ALC packs having Semi Annual & Annual versions and Multi TV, if
    available for that subscriber will be considered for LDP upgrade offer. Although there will be an
    exclusion exception for
    a) Tata Sky Service
    b) All ALC channel packs(with the exception of Sony Ten 1 alc pack, HBO HD alc pack, Star Sports
    Hindi 1 alc pack, Sony Ten 1 HD alc pack, Sony ESPN alc pack, Sony Six alc pack, Sony Ten 2 alc
    pack, Sony Ten 3 alc pack, Star Sports 1 alc pack, Star Sports 2 alc pack, Star World Premiere
    alc pack, Neo Prime alc pack, Neo Sports alc pack, Sony ESPN HD alc pack, Sony SIX HD alc
    pack, Sony Ten 2 HD alc pack, Sony Ten 3 HD alc pack, Star Sports 1 HD alc pack, Star Sports 1
    Tamil alc pack, Star Sports 2 HD alc pack, Star Sports Hindi 1 HD alc pack, Star Sports Select 1
    alc pack, Star Sports Select 2 alc pack, Star Sports Select HD1 alc pack, Star Sports Select HD2

    c) Free regional packs
    C. If any of the monthly add-on that the subscriber holding is not having LDP version, then Cumulative
    MBR (one month price) of such packs (the add-ons/ALC) will be considered to show LDP Recharge
    pack price. Except for free regional packs
    D. LDP upgrade offer calculation is done on following rules:
    a) S.A. Upgrade offer = S.A. Base pack amt + S.A. linear Add-ons/ALC pack(s) amt (only for Add-
    ons/ALC with S.A. version)* + One Month MBR of Add-ons/ALC pack(s) which does not have
    S.A. version* + S.A. Multi TV(s)*
    b) A. Upgrade offer = A. Base pack amt + A. linear Add-ons/ALC pack amt(s) (only for Add-
    ons/ALC with A. version)* + One Month MBR of Add-ons/ALC pack(s) which does not have A.
    version* + A. Multi TV(s)*

    *If customer holds Add-on/Multi TV.


    E. While displaying the pack price to the user, subscriber’s account balance will be considered. If
    subscriber is having positive balance, then subscribers balance will be deducted before showing
    final LDP price to the user. If subscriber balance is negative, then negative amount added to the
    pack price and cumulative LDP upgrade price will be shown
    F. If subscriber balance is more than LDP upgrade price, then dealer can add the pack without any
    extra recharge
    G. For all the pack addition OTP will be send to Subscriber’s RMN and it will be configurable as per
    Business requirement
    H. Expired packs that the subscriber is holding would be mapped to LDP versions of their live packs
