I. Title of the event

The title of this program will be called “Acquaintance Party S.Y
2020”. The program’s theme is “Retro”.

II. Event Location

This project will be held at First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE).

B. Event Proposal Proper

I. Introduction

This acquaintance party is to give a memorable experience for the new

students of AISAT to help them acclimatize with their new environment such
as: classmates, instructors and other people around the school and even to the
school's norms and standards and teaching methodologies.

II. Event Description

This acquaintance party will be held on July 1, 2020, 7:00pm- 10:00pm.

The theme of this party is “Retro”. This program will be held at the First Cavite
Industrial Estate (FCIE) and aims to handle at least 400 persons. Supposedly,
the party will have things like flashing lights, disco dancing, vintage attire and
groovy music. Every clothes or attire that the participant will need will be
provided on their own. There will be having a buffet with 5 different menus:
Filipino style spaghetti, 2 rice meals (menudo and mechado), pork lumpiang
shanghai and hotdog on sticks with drinks like iced tea and water. The foods
will be cooked by HRM students and other students, teachers and parents who
will volunteer to help and will also be the HRM students will assist the
participants in the food area. The decorations like (pending…)and sound and
light system will be provided by the school officers, as for putting the
decorations, it will be assigned to different school based organization who will
also perform a dance and song presentation as a part of the program. The school
can also consider asking Mayor Mrs. Lani Mercado Revilla for financial
assistance and having a contribution for every student by at least 50 pesos. This
project is open for those students, parents, teachers, organizations and any
individual who is willing to donate to lessen the expenses of the school.
