MELAMINE FACED BOARDS

Melamine Faced Boards (MF PB or MF MDF) are created by high pressure heat bonding impregnated
paper to particleboard or MDF to provide a highly wear and water resistant product surface finish.
The product is used for a wide range of applications, including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and
office furniture, in a variety of fashionable designs and textures.
Matching laminates and edge bands are offered to customers to complement the range and
enhance the finished product.

collection includes fully co-ordinated perfectly matched products. MF Boards, Worktops, Compact

Our new collection Trends 16/17 is the perfect
Wood,
6 Metal designs produced on MDF, one side
fusion of wood, stone and metal. It complements
the largest Kronospan surface collection with 11
new contemporary MF boards, 6 real brushed
metals and 10 worktop designs.

Color
59 colours developed from global trend
influences; from muted tones, exuberant primaries
and every shade in between. Combine with Mirror
Gloss to add sparkle or co-ordinate with woods or
even among themselves to expose contrasts to
complement and transform any space.
Metal
perfected
coated with a real aluminium sheet, with scrub
resistant quality and a protective foil. The backside
of the board is balanced with HPL in decor 8685
Snow White.

Color Woodgrain
Creating the desirable ‘painted wood’ effect,
but with the durability you get from a melamine
finished board, this is a sophisticated combination
of 10 contemporary colours on a textural wood
grained surface. By blending the consistency
and workability of Melamine Faced Boards with
a realistic timber finish, on-trend neutral shades,
plus the ever popular black, you can have the look
without the hassle.
White painting grade is available on request.
Acrylic Gloss AG
Available in 9 colours, Acrylic Gloss boards are
produced on MDF with a gloss acrylic layer
bonded on to the front side and a matching
polystyrene matt layer to the reverse side to
improve the stability of the board. The acrylic
layer conveys an exceptional high gloss level and
deep colours.
Mirror Gloss MG
Mirror Gloss boards are wood-based
Particleboards covered with resin-impregnated
decorative paper pressed using innovative
technology giving a superior gloss surface.
Available in 20 designs; 14 vivid colours, 4
elegant wood designs and 2 abstract options to
contrast and co-ordinate with other Kronodesign®
products. Mirror Gloss is suitable for all
applications where luxury, lustre, co-ordination
and durability are a necessity.
HPL
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is constructed
by multiple core layers of resin-impregnated
craft paper with a decorative resin-impregnated
paper surface. The Kronodesign HPL collection
is harmonized with our Melamine Faced (MF)
Boards and Gloss products to provide a complete
product portfolio.
