I am writing to express my strong interest for being a volunteer

photographer in your community-based programs. I am currently a Grade
11 student of AMA Computer College – Gensan Campus. I believe I would
be an ideal fit for this position at your organization.

I am writing this letter as a job letter of intent to get an opportunity to be a

part of the Golden City Enterprise. I am a graduate with specialization in
computer science and obtained my degree from a prestigious school in
Florida. I have also acquired a practical experience as a programmer in a
retail company for the past two years after completing my graduation.

I am keen to get a chance to increase my knowledge in this field within your

working environment. Besides the distance advantage from my residence
to Golden City Enterprise, I am aware about the quality of your work that
leads the company ahead in the race. The computer systems undertaken
by your company hold a unique identity in the market as well as in my
mind.

I am skilled at communicating effectively with diverse people across various
platforms. In my position as administrative assistant at Longmont Library, I
greeted dozens of patrons each day on the phone and in person. I also
answered patron queries via email and social media. I received recognition
from the circulation department head for my friendly demeanor, patience,
and ability to communicate professionally with all patrons.

I am passionate about staying up to date with the latest library best

practices. I have two years of experience working with some of the most
widely used library management software, including Ex Libris and Koha. I
am also familiar with the latest OCLC input standards.

I believe my experience, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities
