2. SC/ST category students whose parent’s annual income from all sources is less than or equal to
Rs. 2,00,000.00 shall deposit the fee as given below. The Institute fees (as per Govt. norms) of
SC/ST students shall be reimbursed from the concerned Govt. Dept. through the bank accounts
on submission of Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement form. (Table II)

Note: Examination fee of Rs 7,500/- per annum has to be submitted by all the students directly through AKTU ERP.
3. Fee-waiver students (to be notified by AKTU) shall deposit the fee as given below: (Table III)

Note: Examination fee of Rs 7,500/- per annum has to be submitted by all the students directly through AKTU ERP.
Important Note:
All the newly admitted students through UPSEE-2019 are required to deduct seat acceptance fee
(submitted at the time of counselling) of Rs. 20,000/- (for Gen/OBC students) or Rs. 12,000/-
(for SC/ST students) from the Total Fees given in Tables I, II and III (whichever is applicable).
[For example, if the fees of a newly admitted student is Rs. 68,300/- and he/she has deposited
Rs. 20,000/- at the time of counselling, then he/she has to pay an amount of Rs. 48,300/- (i.e. Rs.
68,300/- – Rs. 20,000/-) only]
All those SC/ST category students whose parent’s annual income from all sources is less than or
equal to Rs. 2,00,000.00 and have not submitted the fees at the time of registration, are required
to submit the fees given in Table I on receipt of the Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement from
the concerned Govt. Dept. If the fee is not reimbursed by the concerned Govt. Dept. then they
will have to pay the fees on their own.
Mess Fee Detail:
1. Those students, who are availing hostel facility for the first time have to essentially pay an
amount of Rs. 5,000/- (a one-time refundable deposit) as Mess Security.
2. Mess Advance Fee of Rs. 15,000/- per semester has to be deposited by each hosteller in their
respective Hostel Mess A/c.
NOTE:
College Fees, Mess Advance Fee and Mess Security Fee must be submitted in respective
account numbers as mentioned above.
All students availing Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement facility are required to submit the
Income Certificate of their parents and Caste Certificate issued by competent authority at the
time of their registration.
Students availing educational loan can submit the College Fees and Hostel Mess Fees
through their bank via any of the following two modes –
a) Direct Payment to the College’s Saving Account through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS
b) Demand Draft
