company gained so much success that they started
buying all competitors
- The name of his company was a standard oil
company.
- It was founded in 1870. Then its location was in
Cleveland.
- On May 15, 1911, the Supreme Court ordered the
dissolution of Standard Oil Company, ruling it was
in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act
- One of the inventions that helped him to be the
wealthiest man in the united states was his oil rigs.
He owned up to 90 percent of America’s oil

The business will be in the oil industry.
It's gonna be located in ​Pennsylvania Titusville where oil has been
found.
The technology in the 1800 helped us inspire this business was
the oil rigs that helped us drill the floor and collect oil so then we
can sell it. Drilling for oil made you rich in no time because oil
back then was mostly sold to the rich which made you profit.
My product is used for lighting and warming people’s houses up
and probably for lubrication for the oil rigs.
