III. ACTIVITY BACKGROUND

With modernization and technology changing society’s trends and landscape
today, there is a need for the youth to adapt to these inevitable changes. We are now
living in a VUCA world and the only way to survive is adaptability and resiliency.
However, we will not be able to easily adapt or adapt at all if we are not prepared
physically and mentally. Hence, this activity proposal was made in order to suffice the
needed preparation for ABM students to prosper and thrive in the VUCA world.
IV. ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES
 Input the necessary knowledge and mindsets to thrive in a VUCA world within
ABM students.
 Develop the appropriate morale in the corporate world.
 Instill superior or at least good communication skills both in oral and written
context.
 Practice these learning competencies through application in real-life business
problems and situations.

ideas, experiences and insights will then follow the race which will help the proponents
measure the effectivity of the activity.
