Using the adjustment menu, I created a channel
mixer that made some of the blues a bit more
magenta.
I used the despeckle filter to remove some noise
caused by the photographer shooting at high ISO.
I added a layer of a milkyway photo on top, but
then hid the whole thing with a layer mask. I then
painted on the layer mask to reveal part of the
layer in a gradual form, replacing the original
boring night sky with a more exciting one. I also
used the tool at lower flow and opacity to make it
look like some of the stars are reflected in the
water.
I added a text layer in photoshop that says “Edited
by Jeremy Lofgreen” in the bottom Right hand
corner.
A layer was added with the CC BY-NC-ND License
image. It was placed in the bottom left of the phot
and masked off to hide any harsh edges. Then
using the paint tool, I painted the layer mask to let
it show lightly through without fully destroying the
image.
Using the image resize tool, The image was sized
down from 1000x610 to 580x598 at 72ppi.
