2. This is Lavanya doing first year in MBA.I mostly love to do creative works. I do art
works, wall paintings, home decors, medicinal plant harvesting. I like to manage and do
marketing for it .So I have choosen MBA to build my skills regarding it.My short term goal is
do more creative works and my long term goal is to manage and reach this works to many
people. My wish in MBA is to know basics in all the subjects for my business. As I have
done bachelor’s in computer engineering, I also like to make a tutorial centre about computer
hardware and basic codings.I like to do more implements through this centre. So, I need to

SUB:Exchange of laptop due to major defect

With warm grettings,I am Lavanya,purchase manager,ABT company who have

purchased a laptop last week from your company. I had received my parcel by one of my
office staff due to my absence. Surprisingly,today only i came to know that the laptop has
been received.when i opened it,I was shocked to see it with major defect in display monitor
and i found it without guarantee card in it.My order number was 26,ordered date was 20th
October, order id:lavanyaump@gmail.com and shipping address is ABT company .As it is
being major defect I like exchange it as soon as possible. We need to fill more database
regarding sales of our company, so we need to get laptop with guarantee card,so that we can
work it safely to manage our data.I kindly request you to rectify the defect as soon as
