I am a newly graduated nurse from Jackson College with my Associate in Applied Science -
Nursing. I am applying for the nurse residency program on the Henry Ford Allegiance Health
website in hopes of being a nurse on the Medical Surgical Unit. Along with the application you
will find my resume and my contact information.

Currently, I am a Nurse Extern in the Emergency Department. Prior to being a Nurse Extern, I
was a CNA on the Progressive Care Unit for two years before moving to the Renal and Oncology
Unit for another six months. In my three years with HFAH I have learned an incredible amount
about nursing. I have also had the opportunity to learn on the Medical Surgical Unit during four
of my nursing school clinical rotations.

I am an extremely hard worker, trustworthy, dependable and always willing to learn. Feel free
